Mixed reality (MR) is a term for what you experience, with the help of “smart glasses”, when interactive 3D holograms are placed in your physical environment and you can interact with the holograms as if they were real objects in your physical environment.
-
Yes! It will take a little bit of time to practice the interactions in the beginning, but you will only need to use intuitive body movements to carry out the training. Moreover, RehAtt® XR comes with a companion application, RehAtt Remote, that lets a therapist help you control settings and monitor your progress in RehAtt XR, in real-time, from another device - at the same time as you are training.
If you are a therapist – you will receive an online training course before you start.

It is recommended to train for 15-20 minutes, followed by a 10-minute break, and repeat. A session can take up to 1 hour. However, we recommend a gradual increase when using RehAtt XR, starting from just a few minutes in the first sessions.

In a study on the RehAtt method, significant positive results were found after just 15 hours of training (1 hour a day, 3 times a week, for 5 weeks). Improvements were seen in tests and daily activities, with effects lasting over time. Remarkably, benefits were noticeable after as little as 5 hours of training. Similar studies are currently underway for RehAtt XR, which uses the same method but with enhanced technology.
